Dm Roadways offer a comprehensive transport service covering the whole of the United Kingdom. Hiab Crane hire, Lifting Services, and Container Services based in Tilbury, Essex.
Our Vision.
From the very beginning the Vision of Deano Montali, the owner of DM ROADWAYS, was to offer a complete and comprehensive service within the transport industry. Having worked for and with other haulage companies Deano felt the service and communication levels throughout the logistics network could be vastly improved.
Promising 'On Time' deliveries is part and parcel of any carrier and should be the ultimate goal. But, in a busy world with an increasingly busier road network this isn't always achievable. What is vitally important in these situations is how they are dealt with. At DM Roadways, any delays with the shipment, which may be caused by the port, traffic, mechanical or other unforeseen issues will be communicated to the client at the earliest opportunity, enabling them to reorganise their staff or required space.
Speaking to new clients, their biggest concern is receiving a telephone call AFTER the booking time has passed to be told its going to be late. Which they are already aware of, because its not there!
This connection with our clients does make DM ROADWAYS stand out in the crowd. Deano has an excellent team around him that all have the same ethics and believe that for us to succeed it is essential for us to help you succeed.
The addition of our Lorry Loaded HIAB CRANE increases our fleet and allows us to offer another level of service to our existing clients and opens up avenues for new ones.
Company Profile.
Currently based in Tilbury Docks DM Roadways was started by Deano Montali and continues to grow from strength to strength. Lauren Jones manages our planning, vehicles and invoicing. She is also our main point of contact for our CONTAINER services. Dean Coombs manages our new crane division, this is an exciting new venture that promises the same high level of service and communication ensuring relationships are built to last with our clients.
All of our vehicles are satellite tracked allowing us to know exactly where they are helping to try and keep ahead of any problems.
The crane is a fantastic addition to our fleet. A direction Deano has wanted to take for sometime. Offering brilliant flexibility in the many different industries we can offer the service to but also able to work in tandem with the rest of the fleet. We are happy to tackle any type of challenge with our LIFTING Division. The 40tm crane that is fitted to our Volvo Lorry Loaded Hiab makes light work of pretty much any heavy duty lifting job. A 14-metre reach allows that little bit more flexibility to put what you want moved, where you want it.
