Our Vision.

From the very beginning, the vision behind DM ROADWAYS was to offer a complete and comprehensive service within the transport industry. Having worked for and with other haulage companies, we felt the service and communication levels throughout the logistics network could be vastly improved.

Promising ‘On Time’ deliveries is part and parcel of any carrier and should be the ultimate goal. But, in a busy world with an increasingly busier road network, this isn’t always achievable. What is vitally important in these situations is how they are dealt with. At DM Roadways, any delays with the shipment, which may be caused by the port, traffic, mechanical or other unforeseen issues, will be communicated to the client at the earliest opportunity, enabling them to reorganise their staff or required space.

Speaking to new clients, their biggest concern is receiving a telephone call AFTER the booking time has passed to be told it’s going to be late. Which they are already aware of, because it’s not there!

Lauren Jones oversees our planning, vehicles, and invoicing, and serves as the main point of contact for our container services. Dean Coombs manages our expanding crane division—an exciting venture that upholds the same high standards of service and communication, helping us build long-lasting relationships with our clients.

All of our vehicles are satellite tracked, allowing us to monitor their location in real time and stay ahead of any potential issues.
